Last Prisoner Project

Cannabis Justice is Radical Justice

  • The Last Prisoner Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to cannabis criminal justice reform. As the United States moves away from the criminalization of cannabis, giving rise to a major new industry, there remains the fundamental injustice inflicted upon those who have suffered criminal convictions and the consequences of those convictions.

Through legal intervention, public education and legislative advocacy, we work to redress the past and continuing harms of our country’s unjust and ineffective approach to drug policy.

  • We have been collaborating with LPP since July of 2020 and officially part of their Roll it Up for Justice program since November 2020.

  • Folks that shop at Treehouse are able to add $1 or $4.20 donations to their order, both online and with a budtender in the shop.

We also ask our customers if they would like to round up their coin change for LPP on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays.

Thanks to these initiatives and our amazing community, we’ve been able to donate over $19,000 to LPP so far!

Since 1993, WAMM (Phyto) has been providing cannabis education, advocating for patients, and facilitating community & hope.

WAMM Phyto has improved quality of life & death for thousands of people, & we want to do everything we can to continue their work. Through legal intervention, public education and legislative advocacy, we work to redress the past and continuing harms of our country’s unjust and ineffective approach to drug policy.
